With 22 miles of single-track trails and 35 miles of double-track, multi-use pathways and woods roads, Inland Woods + Trails provides a wide variety of high-quality biking trails for all ages and abilities in and around Bethel, “Maine’s most beautiful mountain village.” Bethel Village Trails is at the core of Inland Woods + Trails’ goal of connecting communities through trails, hosting fun beginner flow single track mountain bike trails and multi-use roads and trails accessible from downtown Bethel. More challenging trails await at Bacon Hill and the Bethel Community Forest, providing intermediate trails and features including an expert gravity zone at the Community Forest for those looking for a true challenge. Rumford, Maine is an up-and-coming mountain bike destination, with Inland Woods + Trails maintaining several miles of beginner and intermediate single-track trails behind Mountain Valley High School and owning and managing the new Rumford Community Forest.
